Texas' top four baseball recruits who were taken in the Major League's amateur draft have all signed with their professional clubs as expected, according to Baseball America.

The most coveted Longhorn signee ? Corpus Christi Carroll outfielder Courtney Hawkins ? was the 13th overall pick by the Chicago White Sox. He reportedly received a $2.475 million signing bonus.

Other Texas recruits who were high draftees and have signed with teams are catcher Steve Bean (St. Louis) and pitcher Tyler Gonzales (Toronto), who were taken 59th and 60th overall with supplemental first-round picks, and catcher Wyatt Mathisen, a second-rounder taken 69th overall (Pittsburgh).

Bean, Gonzales and Mathisen will receive signing bonuses between $700,000 and $750,000, according to Baseball America.
